With this project I tried many different methods that I'd never done on my past albums. I'm trying to learn my computer program more and experiment a bit with it. I also have access to an entire sampled MIDI orchestra and choir that I've dubbed the Residually Educated Screw-Ups (RES), which will greatly change the sound of my new material. This started out as an electronic type of experimental album. It has more of a hip-hop feel and in a few pieces I concentrated on combining those beats and compositional music. It's interesting. All the music was done with my computer, nothing was played live, except for a small guitar solo in Becloud in Altruism.
