I came up with an idea of having a string, a woodwind and a brass instrument all playing simultaneously while they take turns switching their given note, which slightly changes the tri-tone chord that is being heard. I modified the idea to have entire ensembles of each type of instrument playing instead of just one lone instrument. An interpretation of this piece can also be heard on my album Guitar Only EP Vol. 2, the track Interval Operation.
